From 12 – 4 p.m., the Balboa Reservoir Community Park Day will take place at the Lower Balboa Reservoir. This is an opportunity for the community to envision the potential future of the reservoir’s open space once housing is built on the site. There will be kids activities, music, food trucks, sports, a temporary dog park, and more, according to the event flyer.

Celebrate the Ingleside Library’s Open House from 12 – 6 p.m. at Ingleside Library, 1298 Ocean Ave. There will be Palestinian food, balloon twisting, a red envelope workshop and more!

After the open house at the library, there will be a free screening of Finding Dory in the Ingleside Library garden. Childrens’ activities begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by the movie at 7:30 p.m. Popcorn will be provided while supplies last, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own non-alcoholic drinks (no glass bottles, please). This event is sponsored by the office of District 7 Supervisor Norman Yee and the Stonestown YMCA.

The Ocean Avenue Arts Bazaar is happening again from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Unity Plaza, located at 1002 Ocean Ave. near Philz Coffee. Local artists and craftspeople will be selling their wares.

For fans of craft beer and San Francisco history, the Ocean Avenue Bar Crawl will take place from 4 – 8 p.m. at Randy’s Place, Ocean Ale House and The Ave Bar. Woody LaBounty of Western Neighborhoods Project will be leading a history walking tour at each of the three bars, starting at 4 p.m. sharp at the Ocean Avenue Association’s table at the Ocean Avenue Arts Bazaar in Unity Plaza.
